To reschedule or request a follow-up appointment, please call the clinic at (505) 225-3110
If you have any questions about your visit or medications that were prescribed, please contact the clinic by phone during normal business hours, or send a message using the patient portal.
If you do not have access to the patient portal, please call the office so a link can be emailed to you to set up your account.
Please allow 3 business days to respond to patient portal messages.
